Shipping policy

We process all orders within 3–5 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email when your order is placed, and another when your order has shipped, including a tracking number.

Please allow extra time during sales, seasonal launches, or major drops — the Puff Pack gets busy!

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Estimated delivery times:

🌀 We’re a small biz — some items (like kits or bundle boxes) will ship separately from digital purchases. But we’ll keep you in the loop every step of the way.

International Shipping

We offer international shipping to most countries. Please note that customs processing times and fees (such as duties or import taxes) are determined by your country’s postal service and are the customer’s responsibility.

We are not responsible for:

• Delays caused by customs or local postal systems

• Lost or stolen packages marked as delivered

Tracking & Support

Once your package ships, you'll receive a tracking link via email. If you didn’t receive one or it isn’t updating, feel free to email us at contact@kawaiipuff.com.

We’ll always do our best to help locate your package or resolve any delivery hiccups.

Undeliverable or Returned Packages

If your order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, refused delivery, or failure to pick up, we’ll reach out to you to confirm the next steps. Additional shipping charges may apply for re-shipment.

Lost or Damaged Packages

While rare, if your item is damaged in transit or doesn’t arrive after a reasonable time, contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. Please include your order number and a photo (if applicable). We’ll do our best to resolve it — case by case.

Digital Product Delivery

Digital items like coloring books or printable content are delivered instantly or via email. If you can’t access your files, check your spam folder or contact us directly.
